SUMMARY — Union Christian improved to 3-4, 3-3 in 2A-4 play with a 42-0 win over Hartford (1-6, 0-6), dominating the first half and coasting to the mercy rule in the second half.

TURNING POINT — Union connected on a 60-yard touchdown pass from Braxton Smith to Trevor Curtis on the first score to set the pace and take a 7-0 lead.

STAT — Smith was 10-of-17 passing for 236 yards and four touchdown passes. Joel Murdoch had four receptions for 90 yards and two touchdowns. Spencer Massingdale led the defensive attack with eight tackles and three sacks.

SUMMARY — Subiaco (3-5, 1-4 4A-4) and Dardanelle (6-2, 3-2) were tied going into the fourth quarter, but the Sand Lizards pulled away with 21 unanswered in the final quarter.

TURNING POINT — Subiaco threw two interceptions in the fourth quarter, aiding Dardanelle in outscoring the Trojans 21-0 in the final quarter.

STAT — Dardanelle’s Timothy Tucker had 25 carries for 247 yards and four touchdowns; Subiaco’s Julius ran for 119 yards on 26 carries with two touchdowns.
